About The Power Of Food Reset Program

It takes 21 days for your body to eliminate the antibodies produced to fight inflammatory foods. During this time, you will remove foods that are common culprits of inflammation, and boost your nutrient load.

  • We believe that every year our bodies need a break from inflammatory foods and a boost in cell-supporting nutrients. It takes 21 days to eliminate the residue of these inflammatory foods.
  • We are going to learn how to pinpoint specific foods that may be causing adverse reactions such as digestive issues, headaches, skin problems and more.
  • By identifying foods that trigger sensitivities, we will be able to reduce, if not knock out, inflammation in the body. This could potentially improve conditions such as arthritis, IBS, Lupus, ect.
  • By eliminating foods that our bodies have difficulty processing, we will be able to reduce fatigue and hopefully increase energy.
  • Focusing on whole, unprocessed foods will reset your system and help to promote healthy weight management.
  • A balanced gut can provide relief from symptoms such as bloating, gas and bowel issues.
  • Avoiding trigger foods can lead to clearer skin and improvement in conditions such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis.
  • Removing sensitivities can lead to reduced anxiety, increased mood and better mental clarity.
  • By learning your own unique sensitivities, you will be able to stay away from foods that trigger inflammation, which could lead to potential long-term health improvements and prevent future issues.

About Inner Wiring Workshop

Is Stress Affecting Your Body?

Unchecked stress can lead to a range of physical and emotional issues, including:

  • Hormone Imbalances - Stress can disrupt your body's hormone production, leading to irregularities in cortisol, insulin, thyroid, and sex hormones. This imbalance can result in mood swings, fatigue, weight gain, and difficulty managing stress itself.
  • Digestive Issues - Stress has a direct impact on your gut. It can cause a range of digestive problems, including bloating, gas, indigestion, or more serious issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), as the body diverts energy away from digestion in response to stress.
  • Skin Problems - Chronic stress increases the production of cortisol, which can trigger inflammation and worsen conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Stress-induced skin flare-ups can also lead to premature aging and a dull complexion.
  • Irritability - When you're stressed, your nervous system is constantly activated, leading to heightened emotional responses. This can manifest as irritability, impatience, or a short temper, making it harder to manage your emotions in day-to-day interactions.
  • Headaches - Stress is one of the leading causes of tension headaches and migraines. The physical and emotional strain can trigger pain that affects concentration and energy levels, impacting your overall well-being.
  • Insomnia - When your body is in a constant state of "fight or flight," it can be difficult to wind down. Stress disrupts your sleep cycle, leading to trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing restful sleep, leaving you fatigued and unrested.
  • Muscle Tension - Stress causes muscles to contract as part of the body’s fight-or-flight response. Over time, this can lead to chronic muscle tension, stiffness, and pain, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and back.
  • Chronic Pain - Stress contributes to the development of chronic pain by increasing inflammation and sensitivity in the body. Conditions such as fibromyalgia and tension-related pain are often exacerbated by prolonged exposure to stress.
  • Nervous System Disorders - Long-term stress can damage the nervous system, affecting everything from cognitive function to emotional regulation. This can result in anxiety, depression, and even conditions like PTSD, as the nervous system remains in a state of overdrive.

Lauren

"By the 7th or 8th day, I started to notice changes in my focus and fatigue levels. I continued 3 more weeks and determined 3 sensitivities as I began to add food back in. Decreasing or eliminating those foods from my diet has greatly diminished my symptoms. I think everyone would benefit from trying this diet at least once in their life to determine if there is something in their diet that is preventing them from being 100%."

Bill

"The instructions were clear, and I could actually feel the difference—my deep core was firing into my pelvic floor instead of just overusing the outer muscles. It was so important to understand the sequence, not just do random exercises."

Stacie

"I believe I lost somewhere between 8–10 lbs during the program, and have lost 26-30lbs, and still slowly but steadily losing. I am truly grateful for this program and the positive impact it has had on my health and lifestyle. I feel empowered to make informed food choices and am more aware of how my body responds to what I consume. Thank you for this transformative experience!"
